Due to the nature of our products — including dog treats, chews, and bully sticks — we do not accept returns or offer refunds. All sales are final.

This policy is in place to ensure the health and safety of all pets, as we cannot resell any items once they have left our facility.

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at contact@mhglobaltrade.com with your order number and photos, and we will do our best to make it right.
